Full-time, permanent Sector:
Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance Were looking for a skilled Carpenter / Multi Trader to join our team covering Guildford and surrounding areas . Youll be working on occupied social housing properties, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance.
Key duties:
Carpentry repairs (1st & 2nd fix) Basic multi-trade work (e.g. patch plastering, minor plumbing, tiling) Completing jobs to a high standard in tenants homes What were looking for:
