Rocasa Consulting are looking for passionate and experienced support workers who have knowledge in homelessness, housing, temporary accommodation, benefit support, and tenancy management.
Role includes:- Resident Support & Case Management
- Safeguarding, Risk & Crisis Management (ESSENTIAL)
- Multi-Agency Working (ESSENTIAL)
- Housing & Tenancy Sustainment (ESSENTIAL)
- Administration & Compliance (ESSENTIAL)
- Operational Responsibilities
- Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs
- Strong background in Safeguarding and risk management
- Strong background in Multi-agency working
- Strong background in Housing-related support and tenancy sustainment
- Experience handling crisis situations and challenging behaviour
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage casework effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
