Nuffield Health Guildford Fitness & Wellbeing Gym is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist – Long Term Conditions. This permanent part‑time role (15 hours per week) delivers rehabilitation programmes using the Nuffield Health pathway, combining in‑person and remote support to help participants self‑manage.
You will run rolling 12‑week programmes, deliver live and streamed classes, coach weekly, and capture outcomes while ensuring safe practice and high‑quality care.
