Position: Housing and Support Officer
Location: Jacobs Well

What you'll be doing

You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, supporting clients daily to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes. Your role combines meaningful support work with practical housing management.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as keyworker to named clients, helping them live as independently as possible
  • Assist clients to meet personalised support plans and access community services
  • Carry out housing management activities including rent collection and tenancy management
  • Conduct risk assessments and health and safety checks
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure client safety
About you

You’ll need passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills.

Essential skills
  • Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
  • Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet)
