What you'll be doingYou’ll work as part of a dedicated team, supporting clients daily to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes. Your role combines meaningful support work with practical housing management.
Key responsibilities- Act as keyworker to named clients, helping them live as independently as possible
- Assist clients to meet personalised support plans and access community services
- Carry out housing management activities including rent collection and tenancy management
- Conduct risk assessments and health and safety checks
- Report maintenance issues and ensure client safety
You’ll need passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills.
Essential skills- Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
- Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet)
