Location: East Horsley
A Surrey-based social housing provider is seeking an experienced Income Officer for an initial 3-month contract with immediate start. The role offers hybrid working with at least 50% office attendance and a patch-based caseload focused on rent arrears and tenancy sustainment.
You will manage arrears cases from early intervention to legal action, negotiate affordable repayment plans, and provide welfare benefits guidance to help residents maximise income and sustain tenancy.
