Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE Basic)

We are recruiting Loaders / Waste Operatives to join the team at an Elmbridge Depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being active, and supporting essential local services.

As part of the waste and recycling crew, you will work alongside drivers to ensure safe and efficient collection across the local area.

Loader responsibilities

• Assisting with waste and recycling collections across designated routes
• Loading bins and waste materials safely onto vehicles
• Working effectively as part of a crew
• Supporting the driver with route completion
• Ensuring safe working practices at all times
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Induction: ASAP

Start Date:

Immediate starts available following induction

• All contractors will be subject to Drug & Alcohol testing on site
• Candidates must provide their own high‑visibility clothing and safety boots
• This is a physically demanding role, requiring outdoor work in all weather
