We are looking for experienced Flexographic Press Operators for various shifts!
Primary Functions and Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of Flexo Printing experience preferred.
- Previous print industry experience required.
- 3+ years of machinery repair or manufacturing experience required.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience troubleshooting printing challenges.
- Knowledge of plates, stocks, cold foils, hot stamps, screens, inks, and varnishes.
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Ability to differentiate and reduce color variance.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach frequently.
- Work well under deadline constraints, maintaining quality standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent, quality-driven work habits.
- Willing to work overtime, rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work well with others.
