We are looking for experienced Flexographic Press Operators for various shifts!

Primary Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper job setup with Press Assistant.
  • Perform routine maintenance on schedule and according to procedures to promote machine stability and dependability.
  • Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality.
  • Assist in training individuals and other team members as assigned.
  • Comply with established safety procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments and maintenance personnel on projects and validations.
  • Focus on Continuous Improvement, Quality, Cycle Times, Safety, Cost Reductions, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and core processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements

    • HS Diploma or GED required.
    • 3+ years of Flexo Printing experience preferred.
    • Previous print industry experience required.
    • 3+ years of machinery repair or manufacturing experience required.
    • Excellent computer skills.
    • Experience troubleshooting printing challenges.
    • Knowledge of plates, stocks, cold foils, hot stamps, screens, inks, and varnishes.
    • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
    • Ability to differentiate and reduce color variance.
    • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach frequently.
    • Work well under deadline constraints, maintaining quality standards.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent, quality-driven work habits.
    • Willing to work overtime, rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
    • Ability to work well with others.
