Description:
The role involves working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care.
The average nursing ratio is 1:6.You will work with a diverse patient population including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
The emergency department experiences an average daily census of 30 patients, with approximately 100 visits per day.
Candidates should possess experience with various emergency scenarios, including trauma and medical emergencies.
You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
The position requires management of complex patient care situations.
You will be assigned to a primary campus with the possibility of rotating to other campuses.
Travelers will not have access to trauma/rescue rooms, triage, or behavioral health units.
This position may require the ability to interpret and manage various medical conditions, including respiratory, neurological, and trauma cases.
Flexibility regarding scheduling is essential.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of emergency department protocols and procedures.
