CPCS​/NPORS Operator

Position: CPCS/NPORS 360 Operator
Teamforce Labour are currently seeking experienced 360 Excavator Operators for a long-term project based in Guisborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operator looking for ongoing work with a reputable contractor.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on a busy construction site, supporting various groundwork and civil engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a 360 excavator in a safe and productive manner.
Carrying out excavation, grading, trenching, and drainage works.
Loading and unloading materials as required.
Working closely with ground workers and site management to ensure project deadlines are met.
Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements.
Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Operator ticket.
Previous experience operating 360 excavators on construction or civil engineering projects.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work.
