About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established and growing financial services firm in Leeds.

This is a unique position that goes beyond a traditional advisory role. You'll play a key part in shaping and developing the firm's wealth proposition, working closely with senior stakeholders to build a forward-thinking, scalable advice offering.

With a strong existing client base and clear growth plans, this role offers the opportunity to combine high-quality financial advice with strategic input, business development and long-term leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic financial advice to an existing portfolio of clients
  • Deliver high-quality ongoing service and structured client reviews
  • Support the development and evolution of the firm's wealth proposition
  • Work alongside senior leadership to help shape future strategy and direction
  • Build relationships with introducers and internal stakeholders to generate new opportunities
  • Support and mentor junior team members progressing into advisory roles
  • Contribute to improving systems, processes and client engagement frameworks
  • Assist in developing specialist planning areas, including estate and intergenerational planning

About You
  • Fully qualified Financial Adviser (DipFA, DipPFS or equivalent)
  • Strong experience delivering holistic, client-focused advice

  • Keen to take on additional responsibility beyond advisory work
  • A team player with leadership and mentoring capability
