Trainee Financial Advisor

The business has more demand than its existing advisers can support, creating a genuine opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop into a successful Financial Adviser.

• If you’re already part-qualified, the firm will fully support you in completing your Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA).
• If you’re completely new to financial planning but have the right attitude and transferable skills, they’ll support you from day one, funding your studies from start to finish and providing the guidance needed to achieve your professional qualifications.

The business believes attitude, ambition and work ethic are just as important as experience.

This opportunity would suit someone who is:

• Currently working within an IFA or wealth management firm as an Administrator, Client Relationship Manager or Paraplanner and looking for the opportunity to become a Financial Adviser.
• Working in a professional client-facing role (ideally within financial services) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a genuine ambition to build a career in financial planning.
• Motivated to study towards, or continue, the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA).
• Passionate about delivering excellent client service.
• Eager to build a long-term career with a growing and successful business.

On offer is a competitive salary scale of c £28k to £50k and will be dependent on experience and qualifications, in addition to this the firm will offer additional bonuses and great career prospects.
