Interim Group Financial Controller

Interim Group Financial Controller Leeds area £500 - £600 per day DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller to join a high-growth organisation in the Leeds area. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a critical role in strengthening the finance function and supporting the business through a period of significant change. This is a highly visible position with responsibility for enhancing financial controls, standardising processes, improving finance systems, delivering accurate and timely group reporting, and supporting the integration of newly acquired business units.

• Leading the Group Finance function, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting.
• Designing the future group structure
• Supporting a system implementation
• Supporting acquisition integration
• Developing consistent financial controls
• Group reporting
• Technical accounting
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes across the Group.

We are looking for a technically strong finance leader, (likely ACA ACA qualified with a practice background), who has since built a successful career in senior finance roles within fast-paced, growing organisations. You will be a confident and engaging leader, capable of partnering closely with the CFO, leading teams through change, and ensuring both business-as-usual activities and ad-hoc projects are delivered to a high standard.
