Overview

A$2,500 signing bonus is available after 120 days (based on experience/performance).Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity?Roberts Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electricalis looking for a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

• Demonstrate effective problem‑solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

• 3-5 Years HVAC service experience required
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
