is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Maintenance Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do:

• Perform HVAC maintenance jobs daily
• Perform basic repairs
• Add refrigerant to HVAC systems as needed
• Maintain strong customer service, strong positive attitude, and strong willingness to learn.
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment and preventative maintenance measures
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design & diagnosis.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Who you are:

• 3 Years HVAC service/maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment

Salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• HVAC Service or Maintenance : 1 year (required), 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)
