Maintenance Technician
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Jasmine Trails apartment community located in Gulf Shores, AL. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves maintaining, repairing, and improving apartment community facilities, working collaboratively with management to uphold the company’s quality maintenance standards.
Qualifications- Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently.
Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
