As a Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Construction Superintendent in Baton Rouge, LA (or another U.S. based Jacobs office), you will lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensuring materials, equipment, and people are aligned. You will prioritize safety, health, and well‑being while managing a high‑performance team.

$85,100 – $117,000 per year.

• Lead daily scheduling and planning for the construction site.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project milestones.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are met.
• Manage site coordination with subcontractors, owners, and designers.
• Prepare and maintain construction documentation, site walk‑downs, and progress reports.

• At least 10 years of construction site experience.
• 10+ years as a general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pre‑design, pre‑construction, building systems/components, and contract management.
• Experience in client relationship building & project delivery methods.
• Pharma experience / GMP facilities / clean rooms preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership & teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with constructability reviews, safety leadership, and QA construction.
