Customer Service Specialist (Customer Service Center)
Community Bank
The Community Bank Customer Service Specialist (CSS) interacts with bank customers through calls to the Customer Service Center (CSC) daily. Must provide excellent customer service, problem solving, multi-tasking, telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and oral communication. Will be available to assist customers with a wide variety of functions and possess knowledge of all bank products. Must fully understand and adhere to federal and state laws and bank policies.
CSC hours extend until 7 pm and Saturday schedules. CSS reports to assigned supervisor or bank manager.
- Education:
Graduation from high school or equivalent GED required; some college or postgraduate technical training preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of two years work experience in an area where customer service skills are preferred.
