• Provide weapons-based training in Gulfport, Mississippi, supporting the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR).
• Deliver training on Basic Tactical Communications, Convoy Operations, Small Arms, Tactical Shooting, Counter-IED, Mission Planning, Tactical Movement, CBRNE Procedures, and Tactical Decision Making.
• Conduct live-fire weapons training and maintain instructional and safety support.
• Achieve and maintain a "Sharpshooter" qualification score with the M9 Service Pistol and M4 Carbine.
• Apply classroom management and instructional delivery techniques.
• Prepare presentation materials and utilize classroom training aids.
• Maintain high personal and professional standards during military operations.

• Minimum 2 years documented tactical military operational experience with listed skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience delivering weapons-based courses, including live-fire.
• Familiarity with M9 Service Pistol and M4 Carbine, able to qualify as a Sharpshooter.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work in a military environment and knowledge of U.S. Navy hierarchy.
• Completion of Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) (A-012-0077) or equivalent military training.
• Academic credentialing (teacher or professor) or instructor training from an academic institution.
• Training in effective communication, adult learning theory, instructional delivery, learning environment management, interpersonal skills, evaluation, and feedback.
