Island View Casino Resort seeks an IT Technician to deliver first level support and keep all casino IT systems running smoothly. The role involves installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software to ensure optimal performance, with assistance provided in person, by phone, or via e-mail.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and a Mississippi Gaming Permit; a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is recommended.
