This position is based in our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other risk areas.
• Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Support the growth of our offerings as we expand and enter new global markets.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
