We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a Roll Forming team at a manufacturing facility in Gulfport, MS. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role supervises operators and helpers responsible for producing metal roofing and wall panels.

The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on leader with knowledge of roll forming operations who can build a safe, skilled, and reliable team.

• Supervise, train, and develop roll former operators and helpers.
• Maintain communication with fellow plant leaders to ensure alignment toward production goals.
• Oversee machine setups and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety policies, including the safe operation of roll formers, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Check product quality against work orders.
• Maintain a respectful work environment by listening, gathering facts before making decisions, and addressing unacceptable behavior promptly.
• Complete performance reviews, approve time cards, and maintain production records.
• Keep the production floor clean and organized.
• Coordinate with maintenance, shipping, and sales teams regarding equipment issues and shipping schedules.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; roll forming or metal forming experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of roll forming machine setups and changeovers.
• Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with process documentation.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Ability to work in an active production environment and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
