All 8-Hour Shifts

As an LPN at Memorial Driftwood, you'll play a vital role in the health and happiness of our residents. You'll work closely with our RN Supervisors and CNAs to:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Supervise and guide CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions.
• Communicate clearly with families, residents, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care with precision and professionalism.
• Take charge of shift transitions and ensure medication carts and stations are prepped and stocked.

• A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the Mississippi Board of Nursing.
• Passionate about elder care and building relationships with residents.
• Organized, confident, and ready to lead CNA teams.
• Calm under pressure and attentive to every detail.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• A caring heart and a sharp mind.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and move frequently throughout your shift.
