Our franchise organization, TBD Foods, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities of the Cook:
  • Food Production: Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking, following Golden Corral recipes and standards. Ensures all fried items are hot and fresh. Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when needed. Assists guests with carved meat options when necessary. Adheres to buffet production systems for quality and shelf life.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintains proper temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving. Uses production guides to manage inventory. Conducts opening and closing procedures. Maintains equipment and cleanliness, follows FIFO for food rotation, and performs inventory checks. Ensures the Hot Cook area and smallwares are clean and sanitized. Complies with health regulations.
  • Guest Service: Ensures buffet products are hot and fresh, provides friendly service, and maintains professional communication with guests.
