Join us as a Route Service Representative  this physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role, you will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and collecting uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Qualified by the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Strong customer‑service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, and a positive attitude
