Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established, growing company known for restoring homes and businesses damaged by hurricanes, fires, water leaks, mold, and other traumatic events.

Starting pay is $16 per hour (no experience required) with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses.

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Specialize in water damage from small‑scale to large‑scale flooding projects.
• Learn about different types of drying equipment.
• Perform general labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing.
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction.
• Pre‑ and post‑construction clean‑up.

• 1–3 years experience working on Water Mitigation projects preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and after‑hours on call.
• Hard worker with attention to detail.
• Relationship‑building/maintenance skills.
• Reliable, dependable, drug‑free.

Full‑time, permanent position. Entry level.
