Smart Contract Developer

You can write Ruby on Rails that works or Angular that lasts; our Smart Contract Developer role at Business Excellence Corp is for engineers who insist on both. We offer $75,000 - $100,000, a clear growth track, and a team where your 4 years of experience genuinely move the needle.

• Trace a candor-rich technology bug across three Initiative services to the one bad line
• Build the Professionalism tooling that makes every other Gulfport engineer faster
• Question the candidly-kind Ruby on Rails pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner
• Catch the Ruby race conditions that only surface under Gulfport peak traffic
• Stitch Go events into the Next.js pipeline feeding Business Excellence Corp's technology reports
• Map data flow across Business Excellence Corp's Ruby on Rails services and spot the leaks

• Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of a part-time project
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
• Mid-level mastery of Microservices, validated by people who'd hire you again
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through
• Proven Microservices results, ideally seasoned in Gulfport, MS
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team

Business Excellence Corp builds technology tools the way old shops built furniture — slowly, in Gulfport, MS, and with a proudly-imperfect respect for the craft. Ownership at Business Excellence Corp means you fix the broken thing even when nobody assigned it to you.

A $75,000 - $100,000 base, a growth plan with teeth, mentorship from people who care, and flexibility baked in, that is what Business Excellence Corp puts forward.

Confirmed active this hour for the Gulfport, MS crew, no waiting list.

We're looking for the person who reads technology job posts and thinks I could fix that.
