Faithway Feeds is a part of the Co-op system. Co-op Farm Hardware & TBA was established in 2025 and focuses on sales, marketing, customer service, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution for farm supplies at TFC, AFC, and Faithway Feeds. Warehouse Team Members are responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

A good candidate has an excellent work ethic and is always looking for tasks to keep them busy. We are in search of a self-starter that looks for ways to contribute to their team and exceed our production goals. Duties include, but are not limited to, loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.

• High School / GED Diploma
• Must be able to lift product that may exceed 50 pounds.
• Knowledge and experience in warehouse operations is desirable
• Good verbal and writing communication skills.
• Ability to interpret written instructions, documents, and policies and make logical judgments.
• Ability to exercise basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy
• Experienced in use of forklift and order picker trucks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
