Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Gleva is a beauty and makeup brand offering a range of affordable cosmetics and beauty tools — from makeup stacks and brushes to eyeliners and accessories. The brand focuses on accessible everyday makeup essentials with a variety of products for different looks.

As  As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance and accuracy across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliances
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books,)
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for payment tracking and resolution
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
Maintain documentation for audits and liaise with auditors as needed
Support inventory and cost accounting related to e-commerce, retail, and logistics
Reconcile e-commerce platform payouts (Amazon, First Cry, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in a D2C or e-commerce setup)
Proficiency in Tally/MS Excel
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
