Role & Responsibilities

Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. The role involves advising clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters under  IFRS and Ind AS , including implementation of new standards and transaction-related accounting.

Responsibilities:

Technical Accounting & Advisory
Provide accounting advisory services in the following areas:
IFRS 18 / Ind AS 118 – Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements
Business Combinations
Revenue Recognition  (Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15)
Financial Instruments  (Ind AS 109 / IFRS
9)
Leases  (Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16)
Stock-Based Compensation  (Ind AS 102 / IFRS
2)
Support accounting framework conversions ( Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP )
Prepare and review technical accounting memos, policy documents, and position papers
Assist clients with impact assessments and implementation of new accounting standards

Financial Reporting & Transactions
Support preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures
Advise on regulatory and reporting requirements
Assist on IPO readiness, carve-outs, and other complex transactions

Client & Team Management -  Manage day-to-day client interactions on assigned engagements along with client partner

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Relevant experience in Accounting Advisory / Audit
Strong hands-on experience in IFRS and/or Ind AS, particularly in the areas listed above
Prior experience in Big 4 or leading consulting firms preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
