Accounts Executive

We are looking to hire  Accounts Executives  to support  Accounts Receivable (AR)  and  Accounts Payable (AP)  operations for a client, a multinational company based in Australia. The role will be managed from our  Gurgaon office  and will involve close coordination with international stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless financial operations.

Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes for Pernod Australia operations.
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update financial records and accounting systems.
Coordinate with Australian counterparts to resolve queries related to invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Assist in month-end closing activities, reporting, and documentation.
Support audits and financial reviews when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

B.Com / Commerce Graduate (mandatory)

•

Experience:

1–4 years in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable preferred

• Communication:
Good spoken and written English (mandatory for international coordination)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems

• Candidates should be comfortable working with international teams.

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
