Role Overview
As Executive Assistant to the Chairperson, you will provide end-to-end strategic, administrative, and coordination support , enabling effective decision-making and smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
• Manage the Chairperson’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and travel
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, and strategic documents
• Track key priorities, commitments, and follow-ups
Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Draft and manage official communication and correspondence
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items
Meeting, Board & Documentation Management
• Coordinate board meetings and leadership reviews
• Prepare agendas, MoMs, and track action points
• Maintain confidential records of board documents and sensitive information
Operational & Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with senior leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations
• Track timelines and deliverables for strategic initiatives
• Support governance, compliance, and internal processes
Confidentiality & Governance
• Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
• Exercise sound judgment in prioritization and access management
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• 4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to CXO or senior leadership
Key Skills & Competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional maturity, discretion, and problem-solving ability
