Experience: 2 - 6 years
CTC: 9.5 LPA

What You'll Do:
Develop learner-centered content across eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats
Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, and job aids
Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Use tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and similar platforms
Apply instructional design models like ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy
Ensure content accessibility and inclusion as per WCAG standards
Who We're Looking For:
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- 2 - 6 years of experience in content development
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with a keen eye for detail
