Job Description:

Trainer – Clearance & Settlement

- New Hire & Induction Training:
Deliver end-to-end induction and new hire training on clearance & settlement processes, product knowledge, systems, workflows, and soft skills Trainer Clearance & Settlement
- Refresher & Upskilling Programs:
Identify training gaps in collaboration with Operations and QA, and design refresher/upskilling sessions to enhance team performance and close knowledge gaps Trainer Clearance & Settlement
- Content Development:
Create, update, and maintain training materials including presentations, job aids, participant guides, assessments, and e-learning content aligned with process updates Trainer Clearance & Settlement
- Training Evaluation & Reporting:
Conduct post-training assessments, measure training effectiveness (e.g., Kirkpatrick model), and share detailed performance and effectiveness reports with L&D and stakeholders Trainer Clearance & Settlement
- Nesting & Floor Support:
Provide hands-on support and coaching during nesting/transition phases to ensure smooth handover to production and consistent process adherence
