Enquiry & Call Management:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their guardians.
- Respond promptly to walk-in enquiries and provide detailed information regarding academic programs.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all student interactions.
Counselling & Guidance:
- Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process, including form filling and document verification.
Admissions Process:
- Coordinate and facilitate the student admission process from lead generation to enrollment.
- Ensure all required admission and enrollment documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist students in completing formalities related to course joining and orientation.
Lead Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and regularly update student lead databases with current status and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversions and admissions.
Required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field.
- Communication
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages; confident phone and in-person presence.
