Role Overview
At MSOT, our students are our lifeline. Whatever we do, be it long term or short term, is done keeping in mind just one question: “Is this right for the student?”. If the answer is YES, we go ahead and do it without getting bogged down by traditional education playbooks / rules.
We are a group of educators, academicians, dreamers, doers, tech enthusiasts, AI practitioners - in short we are technopreneurs who live, breath, eat to do what’s best for the student. We are re-writing the new-age tech education guidelines. As we step into 2026, we are looking for a passionate tech educator-operator to join the rocketship. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in new-age tech higher education, a track record of leading academic transformation, and the ability to align education with industry needs.

An ideal candidate must have worked in industry in tech roles for a couple of years in the past, before moving towards academia / tech education roles. This role is pivotal in ensuring student success, academic rigor, and operational excellence  incumbent will be responsible for overseeing entire experience & learning journey initiatives and ensure a smooth learning journey of the student.

You will actively work on following work streams:
Tech Academic Leadership & Strategy:
Define the charter of tech learning journey of students - Own execution of entire student experience & learning journey of students
Operational Excellence:
Working closely with faculties, campus admin & operations, college leadership to ensure smooth academic operations
Faculty & Student Development:
Lead an exceptional faculty talent pool to drive best in-class tech education, as well as, extracurricular events for a wholesome development
Governance & Administration:
Get your hands dirty in operations to ensure smooth acquisition journey experience for our students in line with campus guidelines
Student NPS:
Own NPS score and drive initiatives across multiple pillars to build India’s most preferred education brand

Note:

This is not a typical teacher role. This is a dynamic position blending tech academic leadership, faculty development, teaching, supervision of academic operations, owning student outcomes and much more. It is only ideal for someone who is passionate about tech education - have experience in running new-age tech education at scale or scaled his / her own venture in tech higher education space as a tech-educator cum operator.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop faculties across all learning tracks to ensure qualitative academic delivery in line with industry requirements
Mandatorily teach one tech course per semester and lead academic delivery by doing it
Stakeholder Management:
Manage and grow academic, college and industry connections at MSOT
Enhance student learning outcomes through holistic academic and co-curricular initiatives
Oversee academic operations, compliance, and resource allocation
Drive budget planning and strategic investments in academic infrastructure & manpower
Establish a student-centric culture focused on employability and real-world skills
Define and implement academic policies and pedagogical innovation
Own student experience, career outcomes and all NPS sub-pillars
