Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counsellor located in Gurugram. The Education Counsellor will guide prospective students, providing advice on educational options and career paths. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, addressing queries, offering tailored recommendations, and assisting in enrollment processes. The counselor will also maintain up-to-date knowledge about Digiperform’s training programs to deliver accurate information effectively.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and understanding educational pathways
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in digital domain training
- Ability to build rapport and provide personalized guidance to students
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment
