- IGT Solution is looking for Manager L&D. The position is based in Gurgaon India and reports into the Manager L&D
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, internal stake holders and external training vendors to plan and schedule training/educational sessions
- Influence internal client relationships for optimal participation in training programs
- Deliver learning programs to enhance employee effectiveness and ensuring discussion-based learning
- Recommend and coordinate updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques
- Assist instructional designers in creating new training programs with support from subject-matter experts
- Design end-to-end learning solutions using established instructional design models, creating curricula, learning journeys, and structured content frameworks.
- Develop engaging digital and blended assets including e-learning, simulations, job aids, and facilitator-led materials with strong multimedia and accessibility standards.
- Partner with business leaders and SMEs to translate performance needs into learner-centered solutions through iterative collaboration. Leverage authoring tools, LMS/LXP platforms, and AI-enabled technologies while ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance.
- Measure effectiveness through assessments, analytics, and evaluation frameworks to continuously optimize learning impact.
- Plan and execute training related projects, such as training process improvements, cost analysis, and measurements of training effectiveness
- Plan and deliver behavioral trainings for a range of employees front line leaders, mid managers and leadership interventions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Instruction Design | Content Creation on Articulate Storyline & Rise
- Proficient in MS Office, content management tools, LMS
- Keen to take initiatives
- Should be open for rotational/night shifts
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in training/learning & development
- MBA or PGDBM in HR (preferred)
- Graduate degree in similar field preferred
- Professional certification in training or behavioral assessments
- Demonstrated knowledge in learning frameworks and content creation
