The Admission Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, responsible for driving student enrolments by effectively communicating the school’s vision, pedagogy, and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through walk-ins, calls, emails, events & digital platforms.
- Counsel parents and students on the school’s curriculum, philosophy, facilities, and admission process.
- Manage the end-to-end admission cycle: enquiry tracking, campus visits, follow-ups, documentation, and enrolment confirmation.
- Conduct school tours, open houses, and admission events.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / admission systems and prepare periodic admission reports.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to support outreach and lead-generation initiatives.
- Build trust-based relationships with parents and act as a brand ambassador of the school.
