Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida/Gurugram for a Performance Delivery Manager. The role involves leading and overseeing performance campaigns to ensure their successful execution, analyzing diverse datasets, and driving insights to optimize performance. Responsibilities include execution of mobile & web based performance campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding of budget allocation and timely optimization of the campaigns for maximum output.
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in Affiliate and Performance Marketing roles.
Proven track record managing affiliate campaigns, performance channels, or partner networks.
Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms & ad-tech tools(e.g. MMPs like Apps Flyer, Adjust, Branch and tools like Trackier) is a must requirement.
Understanding and knowledge of fraud tools like P360 & MFilterit
Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign metrics (ROI, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR).
Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and performance tracking systems.
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Good Communication skills for clear articulation of ideas and coordination with stakeholders.
Educational background in Business, Management, or any relevant field is preferred.
