Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Admission Officer based in Gurugram. The Study Abroad Admission Officer will be responsible for guiding students through the international admissions process, assisting with university selection, providing comprehensive support for documentation and visa applications, and ensuring clear communication with students and their families. The role also involves delivering outstanding customer service and offering valuable insights regarding higher education opportunities abroad.

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and a passion for helping others achieve their educational goals
Experience or knowledge in the field of International Admissions
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Familiarity with the Education sector, especially related to study abroad processes
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; experience in student counseling is an advantage
Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
