We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Special Educator to support students with special educational needs in an inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small-group academic support to students with special needs
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and parents for student progress
- Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Special Education (RCI-recognised preferred)
- Experience working in school/inclusive setups preferred
- Strong understanding of learning difficulties and intervention strategies
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centric approach
