Barça Academy India is looking for passionate coaches who believe in long-term player development and want to work within the official FC Barcelona Academy training methodology.
Locations:
Gurgaon | Pune | Mumbai | Bangalore | Chennai | Ahmedabad | Kochi
Role Overview :
This role goes beyond delivering training sessions. Coaches act as mentors and development guides helping young players grow while supporting parents in understanding the right training pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training sessions following Barça methodology
- Develop players technically, tactically and cognitively
- Conduct player assessments and provide feedback
- Guide parents on player development pathways
- Support trials, open days and onboarding of players
Requirements:
- AFC / AIFF D or C License (mandatory)
- 0 - 10+ years coaching experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion for grassroots football development
