Composite Trainer - Insurance Training
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, comprehensive training programs for candidates preparing for composite license exams in Life, General, and Reinsurance domains.
Guide learners through key concepts, industry regulations, and compliance standards, ensuring they gain the practical knowledge needed to excel.
Develop and refine training materials, case studies, and real-world scenarios to ensure an interactive and impactful learning experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and regulatory changes in the insurance sector, integrating these into your training sessions.
Provide ongoing support and feedback to learners, helping them successfully navigate the certification process.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience as a Composite License Trainer or in a similar training role within the insurance industry.
Solid knowledge of Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Reinsurance.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Proven track record of successfully preparing candidates for composite license exams.
Ability to adapt training to different learning styles and organizational needs
