Job Overview
The Student Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive academic and personal experience for students throughout their university journey. The role focuses on student engagement, retention, academic support, and overall student satisfaction by coordinating with faculty, administration, and support services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Engagement & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for student concerns and queries.
Guide students regarding academic progress, university policies, and campus resources.
Develop initiatives to improve student engagement and participation.
2. Student Retention & Success
Monitor student performance, attendance, and overall progress.
Identify at-risk students and provide support strategies or counselling referrals.
Implement retention programs to reduce dropout rates.
3. Academic Coordination
Work closely with faculty to track student academic progress.
Support students with course planning, academic challenges, and skill development.
4. Student Experience Management
Ensure a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new students.
Organize workshops, mentoring sessions, and student development activities.
Handle feedback and improve student services.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting
Maintain records related to student performance, attendance, and engagement.
Prepare reports on student success metrics and improvement initiatives.
6. Collaboration
Coordinate with departments such as admissions, academics, career services, and counselling.
Support career readiness programs, internships, and placement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Psychology, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in student services, academic advising, counselling, or education management.

Organizational and multitasking skills
Data analysis and reporting
Empathy and student-centric approach
Preferred Experience
Experience working in higher education institutions or universities.
Familiarity with student information systems and academic management platforms.
