Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Director based in Gurugram. The Placement Director will lead the institute’s placement initiatives by developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners, coordinating campus recruitment drives, and ensuring students are equipped with the skills required to excel in the job market. Additional responsibilities include organizing training sessions, conducting career counseling workshops, and overseeing the recruiting processes to achieve high placement success rates for students.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Training and Career Counseling to prepare students for job opportunities and professional growth
Experience in Hiring and Recruiting to liaise effectively with industry partners and organize placement drives
Understanding of Finance and related concepts for managing placement budgets and developing strategic plans
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to build partnerships with companies and organizations across diverse industries
Hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale recruitment events
Master's degree
Knowledge of current employment trends and best practices in career development
