Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated professional to manage student enquiries, lead follow-ups, and admissions support. The role involves counselling prospective students, coordinating with the university admissions team, and supporting outreach and marketing initiatives to drive student enrolments.

2.

Key Responsibilities

2.1 Student Counselling
Respond to student enquiries and explain program details, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
Conduct counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.

2.2 Lead Management
Contact and follow up with prospective student leads via calls, messages, and emai
l.Maintain enquiry records and track lead conversio
n
.

2.3 Admissions Coordinatio
nWork closely with the university admissions team to assist students through the admission proce
ss.

Guide applicants in completing forms and submitting required documen

2.4 Marketing & Outrea

hSupport marketing and outreach activities such as seminars, information sessions, and campus eve
nts.

Represent the program during admission drives and student engagement initiati

3. Desired Prof
