We Are Hiring - Manager Accounts & Tax

Position:
Manager - Accounts & Tax

Salary- 9lpa to 12lpa

Day Shift with Sunday fixed off

Qualification: CA Fresher OR CA Inter with 3-5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations
• Prepare and present MIS reports for management
• Handle tax compliances including GST & Income Tax
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Manage payroll processing and related compliances
• Handle year-end finalization of accounts
• Coordinate and close statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of audits

Required Skills &

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Income Tax & GST laws
• Experience in audit closure and compliance management
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and Tally ERP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
