About The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Nutritionist – Consultation, Wellness & Product Advisory to drive both meaningful health consultations and revenue growth through product recommendations.

This role involves connecting with customers who have undergone diagnostic tests, helping them understand their health reports, and converting those insights into personalized product recommendations that align with their wellness goals.

You’ll play a dual role — educator and advisor — bridging science-backed wellness with the right product fit, thereby directly contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telephonic consultations with customers post-lab tests, helping them interpret results and understand their key health indicators.
- Recommend appropriate products as part of tailored health improvement plans.
- Use a consultative sales approach to convert leads into customers by building trust, demonstrating expertise, and positioning our products as credible wellness solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, customer notes, and sales conversion data in CRM tools or Google Sheets.
- Share feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve communication strategies and optimize conversion flows.
- Support marketing initiatives and follow-up campaigns designed to boost lead-to-sale conversions.
- Maintain a compassionate, trustworthy, and professional tone in every interaction, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in clinical nutrition, teleconsultation, or wellness product advisory.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic markers and lifestyle-related health conditions.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
- A consultative, target-oriented mindset with the ability to balance empathy and conversion.

Preferred:

- Proven experience in health or wellness sales, preferably in a teleconsultation setup.
- Comfort with CRM tools, lead tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to adapt health recommendations into clear, actionable purchase advice.

Working Days:

6 Days Working

Compensation:

INR 35,000 (fixed) + Attractive Incentives based on conversions (will be based on years of experience & interview)
