Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist based in Gurgaon. The responsibilities include assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. The candidate will develop therapy plans, provide interventions for conditions like dysphagia and language disorders, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and educate patients and their families to support recovery and progress. Regular documentation, progress tracking, and custom treatments for each individual's needs will also be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in handling Communication Disorders
- Experience in addressing Language Disorders and Speech-related challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills to educate and interact effectively with patients and their families
- Formal qualification in Speech Therapy or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Certification or licensure in Speech Therapy (if applicable) is a plus
- Prior experience in a clinical or educational setting is desirable
